Formula-e Race Case: ACB To Question KTR Once Again
Hyderabad, Mar 2 (Maxim News): BRS Working President and MLA K. Tarak Rama Rao is about to get another big shock. The Formula-E race case has reached a crucial stage. The ACB officials are ready to question KTR once again. Senior IAS Arvind Kumar and retired CE BLN Reddy will also be questioned this week.
However, it is reported that these three will be questioned within this week. It is known that senior IAS Arvind Kumar was questioned on January 8, KTR on January 9, former HMDA Board Chief Engineer BLN Reddy on January 10, and Greenco Ace NextGen MD Chalamalasetty Anil Kumar on January 18 in connection with the misuse of HMDA funds. The seized documents were collected based on the statements of these four people.
Recently, while the representatives of Formula E Operations were questioned virtually on Friday, the CEO of FEO was questioned through a Zoom meeting. On this occasion, Arvind Kumar, BLN Reddy, Representatives of event organisers Ace NextGen, and Formula E Operations all named KTR as the main mastermind. The ACB said that it collected documents of negotiations, agreements, and payments with the London company on the orders of KTR. As part of this, arrangements are being made to question these three again. The ACB is collecting information based on the records of the Municipal Administration and Urban Development and HMDA Board.
The details provided by IAS Arvind Kumar in this case have become crucial in the investigation. Arvind Kumar has opened up before the ACB that he has no personal interest in this matter and that he did everything as KTR told him. The agreement was made between MAUD, Formula E Operations, and Ace NextGen on October 25, 2022, and the details of the agreements were made between MAUD and FEO on October 10, 2023, while the Assembly Election Code was in force, and the groups provided the ACB with details of the agreements made.
