Online Ticketing System In City RTC Buses

Hyderabad, Mar 2 (Maxim News): The Telangana government has made an online ticketing system available for City RTC Buses. TGSRTC has started using the UPI payment system. A ticketing system has been started through QR codes in a total of 2,200 buses in Greater Hyderabad. With this, TGSRTC has put a check on the problem of a shortage of city buses.

This can be said to be a very important tool to transform India into a ‘New India‘ and ‘digital India‘. People have already become accustomed to the online payment system. Keeping this in mind, the Telangana government has taken a key decision. Keeping the retail problem in check, the City RTC has introduced an online ticketing system for buses

TGSRTC has good news for city bus passengers. It has taken a key decision to avoid any problem with small tickets. From now on, QR code scanning will be installed on every city busTGSRTC has provided the facility of buying tickets through UPI payments.

RTC has introduced online ticketing as part of the automatic fare collection system. TGSRTC has announced that more online services will be made available soon. TGSRTC has announced that you can travel on city buses by scanning a QR code.

Meanwhile, it is known that the Congress government has provided free travel to women on RTC buses in Telangana. The Mahalaxmi scheme is one of the six guarantees given by the Congress party before the assembly elections that women will be provided free travel on RTC buses under the Mahalaxmi scheme. However, it is known that the state government issued orders on December 8, 2023, providing free travel to women in Pallevelugu and express buses. The state government is paying the entire charge of women passengers to the RTC.  (Maxim News)
