Four Apprehended For Selling Duplicate Apple iPhones And Accessories

Hyderabad, Oct 8 (Maxim News): The Commissioners Task Force, Central Zone SI  S. Sai Kiran along with Abid Road PS and Domalguda PS teams on information conducted simultaneous raids at (04) mobile shops Three in Jagdish Market under the limit of Abids PS namely 1) Jai Rajeshwasr Mobile store, 2) New Collection Mobile Store and 3) P.S Telecom Mobile Shop and One in Himayath Nagar styled as 4) Trinity/Migilore Innovations under the limits of Domalguda PS and apprehended 4 accused persons who are indulged in illegally procuring, selling of duplicate Mobile accessories by printing and affixing Apple Logos & images on the accessories and selling it to the customers showing as genuine product and earning easy profits illegally with an intention to cheat the gullible customers.  

The accused who were apprehended are 1. Bharata Ram  Age: 40 years, Occ: Jai Rajeshwar Mobiles, Jagdish Market, Abids, R/o: Gowliguda Chaman, Hyderabad, N/o: Daspan, Jalore Dist., Rajasthan,   (Proprietor of  Jai Rajeshwasr Mobile store)

2. Padam Singh,  Age: 25 years, Occ: Emp. at New Collection Target Mobile Shop, Abids Jagdish Market, R/o: Aghapura, Beside Jain Mandir, Hyderabad, N/o: Jalore Dist., Nasoli, Rajasthan, (Proprietor of New Collection mobile accessories)

3. Visaram Purohit @ Vishal,  Age: 28 years, Occ: PS Telecom Mobile Shop, Jagdish Market, Abids, R/o: Koti, Sultan Bazar Jain Mandir, Hyderabad, N/o: Tawao, Jalore Dist., Rajasthan, (Proprietor of P.S Telecom mobile accessories) 

4. G. Shiva Vara Prasad  21 yrs, Occ.  Salesman in the Trinity shop/Migliore India  R/o. Adaiah Nagar, Gasmandi, Monda Market, Sec’bad, (Salesman in Trinity/Mibilore innovations)

IPhone battery pack -9. Ear pods lighting connector –  From P.S. Telecom Shop, Jagadish Market, Abids PS  10. IPhone Batteries -18  11. Back glass with Apple logo-255  12. Back Panel-10  13. Air pods -21  14. USB-C Lightings cable-55  15. USB Power adopter-40

16. Battery pack-07  17. Ear pods lighting connector -07  From Trinity/Migilore Innovations Mobile Shop, Himayath Nagar, Domalguda PS.  18. Mobile phone back glass covers with duplicate Apple Logo- 900 Nos

The above apprehended accused persons namely Bharata Ram,  Padam Singh,  Visaram Purohit @ Vishal were handed over to SHO Abids PS and  G. Shiva Vara Prasad handed over to SHO Domalguda PS for further action, in this case, Dinesh Kumar Sawlani R/o. King Koti Street, Hyderabad, (Proprietor of Trinity Shop) is found absconding.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of  P. Radha Kishan Rao, DCP (OSD), Task Force, B. Raju Naik, Inspector of Police, SIs  S. Sai Kiran,  CH. Naveen Kumar and Staff of Central Zone Task Force Team. (Maxim News)
