General observers Sameer Sharma who expressed satisfaction with the technical inspection arrangements

Hyderabad, November 10: General Observer Sameer Sharma, appointed by the Central Election Commission in the wake of the Assembly elections, was welcomed by District Election Officer Ronald Rose on his arrival at the GHMC headquarters on Friday. Election Commission appointed Sameer Sharma for Charminar – Chandrayanagutta Assembly constituencies.

Today, the 8 senior IAS appointed to Hyderabad district have been appointed as General Observers to the 15 constituencies of the district by the Central Election Commission. They all came to Hyderabad today. Sameer Sharma appointed to Charminar – Chandrayanagutta was briefed about the election arrangements in the district. Inspection and check posts through CC cameras installed in Suvidha, MCC Control Room, Command Control Room, GPS system installed for vehicles of flying squad, SST teams for speedy approvals for election permits.

The District Election Officer explained to the general observers the process of checking through CC camera to monitor from here at the checking DRC center. Sameer Sharma, general inspector, expressed satisfaction over the modern system of inspection in the district. On this occasion, Additional Commissioner Election Shankaraiah, Election Grievance Redressal Nodal Officer Basha, other nodal officers and others participated. Later General Observer participated in Lakshmi Puja along with Commissioner at GHMC office.
