The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold, a popular choice for jewelry, dropped by Rs. 2600, bringing it down to Rs. 64,940. Similarly, 10 grams of 24-carat gold, the purest form, saw a decline of Rs. 3000 and is currently priced at Rs. 70,850.

This price drop coincides with a recent trend of fluctuating gold prices in the international market, even during the typically high-demand wedding season.

While silver prices were also available, with a rate of Rs. 92,400 per kg on July 24th, the main focus remains on the significant decrease in gold.
