The main reason for the decline in voting is that many people consider the day as a holiday and go on tours.
Some people are resting at home wondering who will win. However, it seems that some people are staying away from polling as the polling centers are somewhere in the Greater and do not know their address.

It is in this background that the officials go to the voter’s homes a few days before the polling center and distribute poll slips to create awareness among the people. However, there is not much change in the voting percentage. (Maxim News)
