Good News For Poor Who Wants To Own A House

Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 1 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given good news for those poor families who do not have their own house to buy a new house. Prime Minister has increased the funds in the budget for the PM Awas Yojana Scheme. Last year it was Rs. 48 thousand crores were allocated, this time the amount has been increased by 66 percent. In the current budget, Rs. 79 thousand crores have been allocated. The Centre’s announcement has given relief to home buyers who are in doubt due to the rise in interest rates. With the latest decision of the Centre, more people will be benefited under the PM Awas Yojana.

Under the Pm Awas Yojana, the government subsidizes loans to people for building houses, those whose income is less than Rs. three lakhs are eligible for this scheme. As part of PM Awas Yojana, the government will provide assistance of Rs. 2.50 lakh in three installments. In the first installment of Rs. 50 thousand, in the second installment Rs. 1.50 lakhs, and in the third installment of Rs. 50 thousand will be given. The state government will provide Rs. one lakh out of the subsidy of Rs. 2.50 lakh. The Central government will sanction the remaining Rs. 1.50 lakhs. (Maxim News)
