Governor Briefs Amit Shah On Telugu States
Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News): Governor ESL Narasimhan informed Centre about two Telugu States. He called on Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi and apprised him of the functioning of the two States. Both Chief Ministers have come forward to resolve pending bifurcation issues in amicable manner, the Governor informed the Union Home Minister.
Talking to mediapersons later, the Governor said he informed Amit Shah on bifurcation issues through a courtesy call. The issues like division of buildings and assets among the two States are being resolved as the chief ministers agreed, he said. “I informed the Centre that the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States were moving in a friendly manner. All the pending issues will be resolved soon, he said. The Governor also said the building related issues were resolved and all other issues will be addressed across the table. (Maxim News)
