CPI member Koonanneni Sambasiva Rao said that the Civil Courts Amendment Bill is being approved. He said that the legal system is in shambles across the country. Cases are pending for years. He asked the government to pay special attention and solve all the issues. The mid-day meal scheme workers said that when they asked for permission to stage a dharna, the police refused.
