Group-1 Jobs To Mohammed Siraj, Nikhat Zareen

Hyderabad, Aug 2 (Maxim News): Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said that we are encouraging sportspersons who have brought names to Telangana. Team India cricketer Mohammed Siraj and Boxer Nikhat Zareen are being given Group-1 jobs.

He made a statement to this effect in the Legislative Assembly, Later, Bhatti Vikramarka introduced several amendment bills related to the sports sector in the House. he asked the opposition parties to support them.

On the other hand, the Telangana Legislative Assembly approved the Civil Courts Amendment Bill.  When the House started, Minister Sridhar Babu introduced the bill. Members of the BJP, MIM, and CPI spoke during the debate on this bill. After that Speaker Prasad Kumar announced that the Bill had been approved by the House. First BRS MLA KTR said that his party supports the bill. Let’s all work together on matters that benefit the state. They wanted to set up fast-track courts for rape and cybercrime.  The victims should be assured of speedy justice,

CPI member Koonanneni Sambasiva Rao said that the Civil Courts Amendment Bill is being approved.  He said that the legal system is in shambles across the country. Cases are pending for years. He asked the government to pay special attention and solve all the issues. The mid-day meal scheme workers said that when they asked for permission to stage a dharna, the police refused. He commented that the police department is showing zeal. It is stated that the Center is implementing laws like UPA arbitrarily.  They want to stop the state government from implementing those laws.  The new judicial laws introduced by the Center have been criticized as troublesome.

In support of the Civil Court Amendment Bill, BJP floor leader Eleti Maheshwar Reddy made some suggestions. The number of fast-track courts should be increased. It was brought to the attention of the House that the courts in the newly formed district do not have their buildings. It is painful to hold courts in rented buildings.  He said that there are no junior civil courts in the constituencies. They wanted to increase their number for speedy resolution of cases. (Maxim News)
