Harish Rao told the media persons at Sangareddy today, “I am accepting CM Revanth’s challenge. As the opposition, it is our responsibility to fulfill the promises given by the ruling party. Also, I am challenging the CM. If the promises made by the Congress government are implemented and the loans are waived simultaneously by august 15, I will resign from the post of MLA. I will not contest the election again. Also, if the six guarantees given  by the congress on farmer loan waiver are not implemented, is CM Revanth Reddy ready to resign? Let’s discuss the development of Telangana at Amarula Stupa in front of the Telangana Assembly. I will come to the discussion. Do you have the guts to discuss Revanth? he commented.

At the same time, Harish Rao countered CM Revanth. “The welfare of the people of telangana is more important to me than the post.  In the past, Revanth Reddy was the one who broke his promise by saying that he would take sanyas if he lost in Kodangal.  The Congress party broke its promise by saying that six guarantees would be implemented by December 9, it is your habit to break your promise and change your party.  What happens to your guarantees after 120 days? Why was Rs. 2,500 not given  to women in the Mahalakshmi scheme? Why didn’t the rythu Bandhu Rs. 15,000 per acre to the farmers? What is the bonus of Rs. 500 for grain?  the people of Telangana are not in a condition to trust the Congress, he said.  (Maxim News)
