Harish Rao Filed Quash Petition Directing Police Not To Arrest Him

Hyderabad, Dec 4 (Maxim News): Former Minister Harish Rao filed a quash petition in the high courts. He asked the police to dismiss the case registered against him in the phone-tapping issue and order the police not to arrest him.

In the petition, Harish Rao stated that they had made false allegations and implicated him in an unrelated case. It is known that the Panjagutta police registered a case against Harish Rao on December 1 based on a complaint filed by Siddipet-based congress leader Chakradhar Goud. Chakradhar stated in the complaint that Harish Rao had tapped his phone.

Panjagutta police said that a case has been registered against Harish Rao along with former DCP Radhakrishnan Rao. In this petition, Harish Rao, who recently approached the High Court, stated in the petition that the case was registered with the political party. He said that they made false allegations and got involved in an unrelated case.
