Harish Rao slams opposition parties on false charges
Hyderabad, July 28 (Maxim News): Finance Minister T Harish Rao today criticized that the opposition parties were trying to make false charges on welfare and development programs.
Harish Rao said that the TRS Government is not for just votes as they are committed for development and welfare. He participated in a program at Gajwel segment here and distributed food security cards, cheques of Kalyana Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak programs among beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the government is giving priority for welfare. He accused the congress and other governments in the combined state of failing to implement welfare schemes in 70 years.
Though the TRS rule in 7 years showing their mettle and implementing many welfare schemes he claimed. He attributed the new schemes reaching out to the poor and deserving sections to the vision and commitment of the chief minister.
The government is giving away benefits of the schemes to the deserving poor and will continue such programs, the finance minister said. Irrespective of politics and parties, the government implements the schemes of welfare, he said. The Opposition parties should stop meddling in the schemes and avoid false charges, he suggested.
Development of the state is a key and the government has been implementing several programs he claimed. The Minister said that Chief Minister K Chandra sekhar Rao is for welfare of all sections. We are implementing these schemes for the poor and weaker sections.
They are getting huge help through such welfare schemes and credit goes to the Chief Minister, Harish Rao said. (Maxim News)
