Hashmi Group unveils new Turkish Residency Investment Route

Hyderabad, Sept. 19: Hashmi Group has launched AVANTAJ Business Co-Investment Platform which enables individuals to become registered shareholders in lucrative businesses, thereby unlocking Permanent Residency in Turkiye.

Permanent Residency in Turkiye is usually achieved through investing in real estate. Investors have the option of investing in property in one of the more developed provinces for a minimum of $75,000 or in one of the lesser developed emerging provinces for a minimum of $50,000.

Hashmi Group has launched a new investment route to gain Permanent Residency in Turkiye- that of becoming a shareholder in a business. This route lowers the minimum threshold for investment, provides residency for the investor as well as their micro family; and lastly, also yields profit and in some cases even an ongoing income.

Mr. Tajamul Hussain – CEO, Hashmi Group – notes that, “AVANTAJ Co-Investment Platform launches land-based businesses, featuring substantial short and long-term returns. Investors will become registered shareholders into businesses which satisfy all legal statutory requirements.”

Mr. Hussain went on to confirm that, “AVANTAJ investors receive Permanent Residency in Turkiye for themselves and their micro families by becoming a shareholder in a registered business. Investors receive a government notarized shareholding deed as part of the investment registration process, which means that they legally own a share of all company assets, including the land the project is executed on. Once the shareholding is registered, our team submits the Residency Application and handles 100% of the paperwork and government follow-ups. Permanent Residency is issued within 8 weeks. Throughout the process, our team works with integrity and honesty.”

Hashmi Group is visiting Hyderabad for investor meetings on September 21 – 25 as well as a public seminar on Friday, September 23. Book a slot by placing a missed call to +91 72072 39058.
