Hyderabad, April 12 (Maxim News): Telangana High Court took up hearing of the case involving defection of four Congress MLCs into ruling TRS party.
The High Court issued notices to the defected MLCs of the party like Akula Lalitha, Prabhakar Rao, Santosh Kumar and Damodar Reddy. The court also asked the MLCs and the chairman of the Telangana Legislative Council and the State government to respond to the notices within four weeks. The petition was filed by advocates Malleswara Rao and Balaji. (Maxim News)
