Hyderabad, Aug.30 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court on Tuesday will hear the petition filed by Congress party secretary and former MLA Ch. Vamshichand Reddy on the issue of the stay on the works of Rayalaseema lift irrigation works and cancel its tenders.
A division bench headed by the chief justice of the state Justice RS Chauhan will hear the petition. In his petition, Reddy told the HC that the lift irrigation project was taken up in violation of the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 and urged the HC to cancel the tenders called by the AP government to take up the construction of the project.
