It is known that BRS leader and former minister Jagdish Reddy filed a petition to transfer the investigation of this case to another (if possible Madhya Pradesh) as Revanth Reddy, the accused in the vote-for-note case, is currently the Chief Minister of the state.

However, the Telangana government, receiving notices from the Supreme Court on this petition, has recently filed a counter. The court examined this counter today and gave two weeks to the petitioner to file the rejoinder.  (Maxim News)
