Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): Thunder and lightning rain occurred in several places in the Hyderabad City on Saturday morning.

Rajendranagar, Turkayamjal, Kothapet, Saroornagar, Nagole, Chaitanyapuri, Champapet, Saidabad, Musheerabad, RTC Cross Roads, Ashoknagar, Chikkadpally, Baghlingampally, Ramnagar, Adikmet, Khairatabad, lakdikapul, Tarnaka, OU Campus, Habsiguda, Mallapur, Uppal, Narayanguda, Himayatnagar, Liberty, Basheerbagh, Langerhouse, Karwan, Mehdipatnam, Masab Tank and other areas received rains.

As a result, employees going to offices in the morning and students going to colleges are facing difficulties. On the other hand, this rain gave some relief to the city dwellers who were reeling from the summer heat.

DRF Teams Immediate Action

The DRF teams have cleared 22 water stagnation and catch pits in various places in the Hyderabad City. Citizens may dial 040-21111111 or 9000113667 for GHMC-DRF assistance.
