Heavy To Very Heavy Rains For Five Days In Telangana: Alert Issued

Hyderabad, July 21 (Maxim News): The Hyderabad Meteorological Center has warned that there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in Telangana for the next five days.

In this order, yellow and orange warnings have been issued for the respective districts. The Meteorological Department said that there is a surface layer at a height of 3.1 km above sea level over west west-west-central-northwest Bay of Bengal, South Odisha, North Andhra, and Yanam.

Also, it said that the east-west trough will continue from South Karnataka to South Andhra Pradesh at a height of 5.8 km above sea level.  It explained that a new low-pressure is likely to form in the north Bay of Bengal by the 24th of this month.  (Maxim News)
