High Court Gives Green Signal To The BJP Maha Dharna

Hyderabad, July 24 (Maxim News):  The High Court of Telangana has given a green signal to BJP Maha Dharna.  The Court said that the dharna can be held at Indira Park Dharna Chowk tomorrow (Tuesday)  July 25.  

BJP has decided to hold a Maha dharna against the government’s failure to construct double-bedroom houses.  In this order, the BJP filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court against the permission of the police for the Maha Dharna against Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s government‘s failure to construct double-bedroom houses.  In this connection, the BJP filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court against the permission of the police for the Mahadharna. The High Court, which took up the investigation, gave conditional permission to the Mahadharna.  

However, the State government lawyer argued that if the dharna is allowed, it will disturb peace and security. The High Court has given the big slap stating that when the state government staged a dharna against the Central government,  there was no breach of peace and security?, the Court questioned the government.   The Court said that the state government did not remember law and order when it staged a dharna.  The High Court has stopped the government saying How can you not provide security to five thousand people?  

the court asked KCR Sarkar how the police refused permission when the Union Cabinet Minister called for a Dharna.  Finally, the Court gave conditional permission to Mahadharna.  It ordered to hold a dharna only and not to hold any rallies.  Also, the High Court said that Dharna can be held.  advocate Rachna Reddy presented arguments on behalf of BJP.  (Maxim News)
