High Court Imposed Fine On Aleru MLA Gongidi Sunita

Hyderabad, Sept 26 (Maxim News) Aleru MLA Gongidi Sunita Mahender Reddy has been fined Rs. 10 thousand by the Telangana High Court.

An election petition was filed in the High Court alleging that assets were not shown in the 2018 election affidavit and false information was given. Boreddy Ayodhya Reddy of Aleru was impleaded in this petition. When it was heard in the High Court today, the High Court expressed anger over the fact that no counter-petition has been filed in the case of 2018.

In this order, the court imposed a fine of Rs. 10 thousand on Gongidi Sunita. It has issued instructions to file the counter by October 3. The High Court adjourned the hearing to October 3. Saini Satish Kumar filed a petition in the High Court that Gongidi Sunita’s election was invalid. (Maxim News)
