High Security Deployed Outside ACB Court

Vijayawada: In the Skill Development Case, currently under trial in the ACB court, both sides are actively presenting their arguments. The CID’s arguments have already been concluded, and recently, renowned lawyer Siddhartha Luthra commenced presenting the case on behalf of TDP leader and former CM Chandrababu. The courtroom is charged with the intensity of these legal arguments. However, as the proceedings continued, a notable shift occurred in the atmosphere within the court premises.

A fleet of heavy vehicles has assembled at the court, supplementing the already substantial police presence. Additional police officers are also en-route to the location. The heightened police deployment is a precautionary measure to ensure the prevention of any untoward incidents. Observers from the TDP ranks are becoming increasingly concerned, interpreting this substantial security presence as a potential sign of significant developments unfolding.

CID officials are expected to request Chandrababu’s remand, and if the court grants approval, there is a likelihood of his transfer to Rajahmundry Central Jail. In anticipation of this, authorities have taken steps to prepare for Chandrababu’s transfer to Rajahmundry Central Jail.

It is reported that various routes between Vijayawada Court Hall and Rajahmundry Central Jail are being cleared to facilitate the transfer and to maintain order. In addition to the existing heavy police presence and convoy, higher-ranking officials are dispatching additional law enforcement vehicles. The situation outside the courtroom remains unclear as arguments continue inside.
