History Of Telangana Deliberately Trampled: Kishan Reddy

Hyderabad, Sept 17 (Maxim News): Union Minister for Coal and Mines, G.Kishan Reddy said that the people fought against Nizam using tools as weapons. It is said that the people of Telangana here experienced a living hell due to the stoppage of Rajakars.

He said that forced religious conversions took place during the Nizam’s reign and Hindu women were forcibly abducted and subjected to atrocities.  It has been revealed that the Nizam thought that the Hyderabad State should be merged with Pakistan, and discussions were also held.  

Participating in Hyderabad Liberation Day celebrations held at Secunderabad Parade Grounds under the auspices of the Central government, Kishan Reddy addressing the gathering, said Mukti Diwas is organized every year. It was revealed that they tried to trample the history of Telangana.

He said that the Nizam tried to erase the culture and traditions of Telangana.  History has been deliberately trampled on.  He expressed anger that it is evil to hide the sacrifices and sacrifices made for freedom.  He said that the celebrations had started from 2022 when the Central government on the orders of the Prime Minister.  he clarified that “Telangana Liberation Day’ will be held on the same platform in the future as well.

Qasim Razvi who was heading the private army of the Nizam said that Sardar Patel had earlier held peace talks with the Nizam and threatened to kill the one and half million Hindus in Hyderabad if their establishment came under attack.  That is why the Hyderabad state was merged into India with Operation Polo, he said.

He criticized the rulers for doing injustice by not celebrating the day of independence of this land.  People come voluntarily to these festivals organized by them. He said that we need to know the real history. According to the plan, history is being sidetracked.  August 15 is as important as September 15.  He called us to throw out the parties that do not care about history.    Future generations will be in danger if history goes wrong. Kishan Reddy thanked Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for helping to organize Telangana Liberation Day. (Maxim News)
