Hyderabad, March 24: In a disturbing Hyderabad hostel filming case, SR Nagar police arrested a 26-year-old man for allegedly recording a woman while she was bathing in a private hostel in Bapunagar. The incident has raised concerns over privacy and safety in residential spaces.

According to Inspector Srinivas Reddy, the accused has been identified as Ranjith, a native of Warangal district. He had been staying in the hostel for the past few days. Meanwhile, the incident took place on Sunday night when the 25-year-old daughter of the hostel owner was bathing.
The Hyderabad hostel filming case came to light when the suspect was caught in the act. The hostel owner reportedly noticed the accused recording the video on his mobile phone. He immediately intervened and stopped the act. Then, he caught the accused and handed him over to the police.
