Hyderabad: Honda has increased the price of the recently launched Activa 6G in the Indian two-wheeler market by Rs 955.
The standard model of this variant is now priced at Rs 65,419 while the deluxe variant is priced at Rs. 66,919 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). When the scooter hit the market in January this year, the company raised the price by Rs 522 in April, three months back. The company did not disclose the reason for the price hike.
Activa continues to be the best selling scooter in India. The 6G, the sixth generation Activa, features an engine start-stop switch, multi-function ignition key and external fuel cap. It also complies with BS-6 regulations. It is said to be available with a 110cc single cylinder engine. It is available in six different colors. The deluxe model has an LED headlight.
