HR Conclave Focusing on Future-Forward Engineering held

Hyderabad, June 17, 2024: Debashish Ghosh, Senior Vice President and Head HR, Berkadia Group, one of the two panelists at a Fire Chat at HR Conclave organized on Saturday by VJIT (Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology) college located at Chilkur Road in the city outskirts said the Information Technology job aspirants are currently reading the wrong side of the news of how many employees in IT are being laid off. And that number is a small fraction of those retained.

The Good news is that the balance, the large portion of employees are not laid off.  Unfortunately, that news is not highlighted. While some are laid off, there are many retained.  That is the positive part of it. They are retained because of their skills. So, the good adage ‘where there is a will, there is a way’ is now modified as ‘where there is a skill, there is a way’, he told the 300-plus packed audience of Engineering and Management students in the hall.
