Huge Relief For CM Revanth Reddy And KTR In The High Court
Hyderabad, Mar 19 (Maxim News): Key developments have taken place in Telangana. The High Court has quashed the case registered against CM Revanth Reddy in Narsingi in March 2020. A case has been registered against Revanth Reddy and several others for flying a drone in Janwada. In March 2020, Revanth Reddy was remanded by the Narsingi police.
In March 2020, Revanth Reddy filed a petition in the High Court to quash the FIR. Revanth Reddy’s lawyer said that Janwada is not a restricted area. The lawyer argued that a case was registered against Revanth Reddy under the wrong sections. The court, which took up the matter, has issued a fresh verdict dismissing the case.
The High Court also dismissed the case registered against former minister and BRS working president KTR. A case was registered against KTR at the Saifabad Police Station for speaking in a derogatory manner against CM Revanth Reddy.
The Saifabad police registered the case based on a complaint filed by MP Anil Kumar Yadav, KTR filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the case. The Court, which took up the matter, has issued fresh orders dismissing the case. (Maxim News)
