HYC Founder Salman Khan Assets Revealed!

Hyderabad, Oct 15: Hyderabad Youth Courage (HYC) founder and president Salman Khan declared total property assets of Rs. 5,18,101, along with his wife, in an affidavit filed.

He submitted the declaration while filing his nomination for the Jubilee Hills by-election scheduled for November 11.

The disclosure outlines modest cash and bank balances and no immovable property for the candidate, his spouse, or their three dependents.

According to the affidavit, Salman Khan holds Rs. 70,000 in cash and Rs. 14,284 across three bank accounts.

His wife has Rs. 20,000 in cash and Rs. 1,618 in a bank account, along with three tolas of gold.

He has neither agricultural nor non-agricultural land and no residential or commercial property.
The affidavit also states that his three dependents do not own any property.

Therefore, the couple’s declared wealth remains limited to cash, small deposits, and gold.

The declaration comes amid past allegations of misappropriating crowdfunding funds, financial fraud, bribery, and misuse of charitable donations.

It also mentions a case in which his image was allegedly used to dupe a Begumpet resident of Rs. 7.9 lakh.

Meanwhile, the modest asset position stands in contrast to these allegations.

However, the affidavit confines itself to listing assets and does not address those claims.

The affidavit lists 14 registered cases against Salman Khan in different police stations.

Two cases at the Borabanda police station were filed after he began his election campaign.

Two others relate to fund swindling, and one pertains to allegedly threatening Goshamahal MLA T Raja Singh.

In all the cases, he stated that charges have not yet been framed by the police. Also, the filing places these pending matters on record as voters in Jubilee Hills assess the candidate’s profile.
