Hyderabad: Fire breaks out in Hayathnagar MPDO, no casualties

A fire broke out in Mandal Parishad Development Office in Hayathnagar here on Wednesday. No casualties were reported but some files and documents were damaged.

A short circuit is suspected to have led to the mishap. Officials said nobody was hurt as the office was closed at the time when the fire broke out.

The locals alerted the police and the fire department.

The Hayathnagar police and a fire engine reached the spot and doused the fire.
