Hyderabad: Four get 4 day conviction in Chandrayangutta

  • Nampally court convicts four accused under CP Act

Hyderabad, March 24: Chandrayangutta Police secured a four day conviction in an e petty case registered under Section 61 B of the CP Act.

The case involves four persons found moving in a suspicious manner. The incident occurred under Chandrayangutta Police Station limits in Rajendranagar Zone.

Police registered the case as E Petty Case Number HYD2335PC 395/2026. It was also recorded as STC Number 1697/2026. Later, police completed the legal process. Then, they produced the accused before the court.

The accused are Shaik Hashim Ali alias Hasham, aged 23, a private employee from Phoolbhag. The second accused is Shaik Tajuddin, aged 19, a private employee from GM Chowni. The third accused is Shaik Rehman, aged 18, a student from Phoolbhag. The fourth accused is G. Sai Kiran, aged 19, a private employee from Uppuguda.

Hyderabad Court awards conviction after police action

According to police, officers noticed the four persons moving suspiciously. Therefore, they detained them. Later, police registered a case. After that, the investigating officer completed the required procedure.

Honourable Magistrate Narsing Rao of the IX Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Manoranjan Complex, Nampally heard the case. After reviewing the case, the court awarded four day conviction to the accused.

Investigation handled by Chandrayangutta officers

SI Kiran Kumar investigated the case. Meanwhile, CDO B. Bharath Kumar assisted the process. Chandrayangutta SHO R. Gopi supervised the case. All officers coordinated during the investigation.

Police said such actions help maintain public order. They also said they will continue strict checks. Furthermore, officers said they will monitor suspicious activity regularly. Therefore, police aim to prevent unlawful activities in the area.

The conviction reflects continued enforcement in petty cases. At the same time, police said they will continue such actions to maintain law and order.
