Hyderabad Police Bind Over 86 Gang Members : CP Holds Special Court On Rival Gangs

Hyderabad, Nov 29 (Maxim News): Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar held a special court at the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate today. He acted as Additional District Magistrate (Executive).

The court targeted 10 rivalry gangs in South, South East, and South West Zones. These gangs include rowdy-sheeters, notorious criminals, and members of rival groups of Deendar Anjuman in Asifnagar.

Therefore, the move aims to curb illegal activities and ensure peace. Detailed reports went before the court. They highlighted violent incidents by these gangs. Murders and attempts to murder featured prominently. Gangs clashed in retaliation often.

 However, police acted swiftly to prevent further trouble. Commissioner Sajjanar reviewed all evidence carefully. Meanwhile, the initiative covers key trouble spots in Hyderabad effectively.

The Commissioner bound over 86 respondents from the 10 rival gangs. He used Section 126 of the BNSS, 2023. All must maintain peace for one year. Respondents executed security bonds as directed. Then, authorities warned of consequences for breaches. If peace breaks during the period, bonds face forfeiture. Further legal action follows as per law.

This step strengthens law and order in sensitive zones. Rivalries linked to Deendar Anjuman often spark violence. Police focus on good behaviour now.
