On sound systems, the police have imposed strict restrictions. DJ systems are completely banned, and the use of loudspeakers is not allowed after 10 PM. Violators will face legal action.

Security is another major focus. CCTV cameras and round-the-clock security are mandatory at pandals. Organizers must ensure proper lighting, fire safety, and secure electrical connections, for which a demand draft (DD) is required.

The police have also asked organizers to provide basic facilities like queue lines, sheds, and drinking water for devotees. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately.

For idol immersion, the police have directed that it should be done only at designated sites. Immersion in unauthorized places will lead to action.

Officials have urged the public to cooperate and follow the rules to make the festival safe and enjoyable for everyone.
