Hyderabad, Oct 14 (Maxim News): Emphasising fair and timely investigations, the effective use of forensic and digital tools, and a technology-driven, citizen-centric approach, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crimes) M Srinivas conducted a review meeting with the Central Crime Station (CCS), Cybercrimes, and Women Safety Wings of Hyderabad Police on Tuesday.
He reviewed the functioning of the CCS investigation teams, Special Investigation Team (SIT), She Teams, Women Police Stations, and the Clues and Fingerprint units.
During the meeting, Srinivas stressed upon strengthening cybercrime prevention, raising public awareness, especially among senior citizens against online fraud, and ensuring respectful treatment of complainants.
He also instructed officers to coordinate closely with Child Welfare Committees for the rescue and rehabilitation of missing children.(Maxim News)
