Hyderabad Rains: Osman Sagar And Himayat Sagar Flooded
Hyderabad, July 25 (Maxim News) It is raining in Hyderabad, It has been raining incessantly since this morning. Due to this, people are facing difficulties due to rainwater entering the roads.
The Meteorological Department has announced that there are chances of heavy rain in Hyderabad for another three hours. Officials suggest not to come out unless it is an emergency. Officials alerted people in low-lying areas. As the rain started in the morning, the students and employees going to schools had to face a problem.
On the other hand, flood flow continues to many reservoirs in the state. Especially the twin reservoirs are getting heavy flood water. Officials are already releasing water from two gates of Himayat Sagar as the flood surge is high. an inflow of 2000 cusecs is coming to Himayatsagar.
The full water level of Himayatsagar is 1761.50 feet. the current water level is recorded as 1761.75 feet. As the flood surge was high, the four gates of Himayat Sagar were raised by two feet, and 2750 cusecs of water were released into Musi. There is a heavy flood coming to Osman Sagar.
