The funding for the northern part of the 158.65 km long road will be allocated under a new government scheme.
Despite delays due to disagreements between the central and state governments, the state government has prioritized the RRR construction. With the assurance of funding release from the central government, the state government has expedited the necessary permissions and land acquisition processes.

Innovative junctions are planned to be built at the north-south connection points. One junction will be constructed in Choutuppal, Bhuvanagiri district, on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada road, and another junction will be built in Sangareddy district on the Hyderabad-Mumbai route. (Maxim News)
