Hyderabad: Tension Prevails After Teacher Beats Ayyappa Mala-Wearing Student in Narayana School 

Hyderabad, Dec 19 (Maxim News): Tension prevailed at a school in Dilsukhnagar following a protest over a school teacher allegedly beating up a student who is on ‘Ayyappa Deeksha‘.

The student Vasi Karan, studying in standard ninth, at Narayana High School, Dilsukhnagar was allegedly beaten up by the maths teacher Yousuf Raja, for disturbing the class on Wednesday. 

The boy went home and informed his parents about it.  On Thursday, scores of ABVP activists and parents of the boy came to the school and staged a protest demanding action against the teacher.

The police on information reached the school and immediately deployed additional forces.  The police held talks with the school management and the parents of the student. The parents of the boy made a complaint with the police against the teacher.  (Maxim News)
