The minister directed Collectors to treat the scheme as a top priority. He also asked them to hold weekly review meetings with district housing officials. In addition, the government will appoint special officers for every undivided district to improve coordination with public representatives.

He spoke at a review meeting on housing and revenue matters held at the Housing Corporation Head Office in Hyderabad on Monday. Public representatives and officials from the undivided Nizamabad and Adilabad districts attended the meeting.

The minister said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy wants Indiramma Housing to remain a continuous process. Therefore, eligible people can apply at any time. Once verified, they will receive housing sanctions.

He said 3,500 houses were sanctioned in each constituency without political bias. He urged MLAs to ensure quick construction. If any beneficiary fails to build a house, the unit will be reassigned to another eligible applicant.

Due to land shortage in urban areas, the government has allowed flexibility to build 400 to 600 square feet houses under a G+1 model.

The minister said land disputes will be resolved permanently through detailed surveys. Pilot projects are already running in five mandals. Registrations are being done using survey maps, while survey map numbers and Bhudhar numbers are being assigned later.

On Sada Bainamas, he said pending applications will be cleared quickly. A buyer’s declaration alone will now be enough. Final decision making powers have been given to Revenue Divisional Officers.

He further announced new Tahsildar office buildings in phases across the state. Modern Sub Registrar offices will also come up in every district headquarters.

The minister said joint surveys will resolve long pending boundary disputes involving Revenue, Forest, Endowment and Waqf departments. He added that the government aims to improve administration and deliver services faster.
