Hyderabad, Sept. 14: The iPhone 18 Pro has opened for pre-orders in India, but customers looking for a special carrier deal may have to wait. Jio, Airtel and Vi showed no headline iPhone 18 Pro offer on their own websites when checked on Sunday, September 13.
India pre-orders opened at 5:30 pm IST on Saturday, September 12. A review of the three telecom operators’ primary webpages found no dedicated iPhone 18 Pro cashback, exchange bonus or EMI promotion.
The absence is notable because carrier promotions in other markets often include substantial trade-in credits and device offers.
Apple India Offers Up to ₹7,000 Cashback On iPhone 18 Pro
While the three major carriers showed no dedicated promotion, Apple India has published the confirmed cashback and EMI benefits for the iPhone 18 Pro.
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900 for the 256GB model, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at ₹1,79,900. Apple lists EMI options starting at ₹26,316 per month for the Pro and ₹28,817 per month for the Pro Max.
Eligible American Express, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cardholders can receive up to ₹7,000 instant cashback on eligible iPhone purchases. Apple also offers up to six months of No Cost EMI through supported banks.

The ₹7,000 cashback is specific to eligible iPhone purchases. It should not be confused with Apple India’s separate ₹15,000 store-wide cashback ceiling, which applies across products under different terms.
Jio, Airtel and Vi Show Regular Services
Jio’s homepage was promoting a ₹3,599 annual recharge plan, a ₹299 mobile plan and JioHome broadband offers. It did not mention the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Duo, Apple Watch Series 12 or AirPods 5.
Airtel’s homepage featured its major service categories, including Wi-Fi, postpaid, prepaid, DTH, banking and business services. No iPhone 18 Pro promotion was visible.
The Vi pages checked also showed no dedicated iPhone 18 Pro cashback, exchange bonus or EMI offer.
Additional checks of Jio and Airtel’s iPhone-specific pages produced the same result. Neither displayed a readable iPhone 18 Pro promotion during the checks.
However, the absence of an offer on the primary pages does not rule out promotions available through banks, retail partners or other channels.
For now, the confirmed India offer remains the one published by Apple, with eligible customers able to claim up to ₹7,000 cashback and No Cost EMI benefits.
The iPhone 18 Pro is scheduled to reach Indian stores on Friday, September 18. Customers should check the official Jio, Airtel and Vi websites closer to the retail launch date for any newly announced offers.
