Hyderabad: The iPhone 18 Pro is expected to launch in September, with reports suggesting Apple could unveil its next-generation Pro models on September 9.

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are likely to headline Apple’s event, which could also feature a new book-style foldable iPhone, updated Apple Watch models and refreshed AirPods.
iPhone 18 Pro May Get New Colours and A20 Pro Chip
The iPhone 18 Pro series is rumoured to arrive in new colour options, including dark cherry, light blue and silver.
Apple could also drop the familiar black finish. However, the overall design may remain similar to the previous generation, with a flat-edged frame and a triple-camera setup.
One notable change could be a smaller Dynamic Island, although this remains unconfirmed.
Under the hood, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to feature Apple’s A20 Pro chip, reportedly manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 2nm process.
Some reports claim the new processor could deliver around 18% higher performance while consuming up to 30% less power than the A19 Pro.
The phones are also expected to retain 12GB of RAM and could feature Apple’s new C2 modem.
iPhone 18 Pro Max May Get Bigger Battery
Battery life could be another major upgrade, particularly on the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Reports suggest the eSIM-only version could feature a 5,425mAh battery, while the physical-SIM variant could reportedly carry a 5,235mAh cell.
If accurate, the capacity would represent a significant increase over the previous generation.
Camera Upgrades Could Include Variable Aperture
The iPhone 18 Pro series is expected to retain a triple rear-camera system with three 48-megapixel sensors.
However, Apple could introduce significant changes to the camera hardware.

Reports suggest Apple may increase the US starting price of the iPhone 18 Pro to around $1,199.
For Indian buyers, this could translate into a price increase of around ₹10,000, although some reports have suggested the hike could reach ₹20,000, depending on the model and storage configuration.
However, Apple has not confirmed the pricing.
