Hyderabad, March 23 (Maxim News): Congress Party MLA T. Jagga Reddy took a jibe at Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his statements on crops in state. He said that the farmers were in a state of confusion due to the statements of the Chief Minister. He said that there was no regulation so far on which crop to be cultivated in the state.
Speaking to media persons, Reddy made it clear that the farmers were aware of which crop he should cultivate in his fields. He said that the decision of the state government to link Rythu Bandhu scheme with their crops was unfortunate. He said that the farmers were also losing freedom on crops to be cultivated by them in the state. He alleged that the CM was black mailing the farmers of the state with his statements. He mocked that the CM was giving build up as if the farmers were living on his Rythu Bandhu money. He asked the CM if he wanted the farmers to live as slaves. He demanded the CM to tell if the Rythu Bandhu scheme was also applicable to the vegetable Farmers.
He said that the CM would henceforth also Decide about the food to be consumed by the people of the state. He asked the CM as to Who gave him the right to decide on the crops of the farmers of the state. He wondered if the people of the state should also take permission from the CM to breathe air.
