Jana Dares KCR To Prove Charge Or Tender Apology

Hyderabad, Sept.8 (Maxim News): Former CLP leader K Jana Reddy today challenged care-taker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao that he was ready to take ‘political sanyas’ if the latter proved that he had stated in the Assembly that he would wear pink towel if the TRS government provided round-the-clock power in the State. He also demanded that KCR make the video public and prove within 24-hours that he had said so otherwise apologize to him.

Speaking to the media at the CLP office on Saturday, Jana Reddy recalled that he had said in the Assembly that it would be a wonder if the new government generated 24,570 MW before 2018. “TRS government didn’t generate even that too”, he said. Making public KCR’s address video in the Assembly on double bed room houses, Jana Reddy reminded that KCR told the Assembly that he would not seek votes if he failed to complete the construction of double bed room houses. But KCR was now seeking votes after dissolving the Assembly abruptly, he pointed out.

Jana Reddy recalled his statement that he would himself campaign for the TRS if the government provided water for two crops for one crore acres. “I stick to my word. But KCR has to show where he was providing water to two crops and where were one crore acres of land irrigated”, he said and demanded that KCR tender apologies to him if he failed to prove it within 24-hours. The former CLP leader alleged that Assembly records were still in the hands of KCR and asked KCR to make the video public. “I am not a person to speak differently at different times. I will not speak one in the morning and another in the night. Jana Reddy will remain in the history. Not with lies”, he remarked. (Maxim News)
