Janwada Farmhouse Party: BRS Leaders Arrested, Searches On For KTR Brother-In-Law

Hyderabad, Oct 27 (Maxim News): An altercation took place between the excise police and the BRS leaders during inspections at the villa of Raj Pakal’s brother Rajender Prasad in Orion Villas, Raidurgam.

BRS MLAs and MLCs blocked the excise officers who were going into the villa and tension arose. They got into an argument as to how they could do the checks without a search warrant. As a result, many BRS leaders including Vivekananda and Balka Suman were arrested. Later, the Excise officials conducted searches in Rajendra Prasad’s villa.

There was tension at the home of the Raj Pakala in Raidurgam after they hosted a liquor party at Janwada Farmhouse. Excise police went there to conduct inspections after receiving information about the presence of Raj Pakala in Orion Villa. As the villa was locked, the excise staff waited for a while. On receiving information that they were in another villa nearby, all the officers went there. In the meantime, the Indian leaders and activists who had reached there in large numbers started protesting.  (Maxim News)
