Hyderabad, April 13 (Maxim News): A brutal incident took place in Jillelaguda, Meerpet. A journalist and his family were indiscriminately attacked by assailants with knives.
Going into details, Shiva, who works as a journalist at the National News Agency, was attacked by six unidentified men on the night of April 12 while was at home with his parents. Shiva and his parents were severely injured with knives. Locals who noticed them lying in a pool of blood rushed them to Osmania Hospital. it is reported that their condition is currently critical.
Journalist Shiva had earlier complained to the Meerpet CI that he and his family were in danger and wanted protection. But Shiva and his family members allege that this horrific incident happened today because the Meerpet CI took the complaint lightly. There is now widespread criticism of the police’s failure to heed warnings. They are demanding that the accused be arrested immediately and justice be done to the victim’s family. (Maxim News)
