Keeping in mind the current political situation, the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections etc. according to information provided by political parties and GHMC sources, it seems that the elections will be held in the first or second week of November. The term of the Bihar Assembly will end on November 22. By then, the election process is expected to be completed. The Chhath festival is of great importance in Bihar. That festival is coming on October 28. It seems that the elections will be held after the festival is over. There are expectations that the Bihar elections will be held between November 5-15. There seems to be a good reason for that.
After the special intensive revisions of the voters list in Bihar, the final list of voters will be released on the 30th of this month. Those in the know say that the election schedule will be released only after that. Accordingly, the schedule will be released around October 3, it is said that the elections will be held by November 15, taking into account the period between notification and polling etc.
GHMC election department officials said that if a by-election is to be held anywhere in the country, it will be released along with the assembly election schedule of any state.
