Jubilee Hills By-Election On November 11, Counting On Nov 14
Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 6 (Maxim News): The Central Election Commission has announced the schedule for the Jubilee Hills by-election. The polling dates and other details regarding the by-election to the vacant Jubilee Hills constituency in the state of Telangana along with the Bihar Assembly have been announced by the Central Election Commission Chief Election Officer Gyanesh Kumar. According to this schedule, the by-election will be held on November 11.
According to the latest schedule, the Election Commission will release the notification for the Jubilee Hills by-election on the 13th of this month. The nomination process will begin from that day. Nominations will be accepted until the 21st of this month. The nominations will be scrutinized on the 22nd. The by-election will be held on the 11th of next month. Counting will be done on the 14th and the results will be released.
In the 2023 assembly elections, Maganti Gopinath won as an MLA from the BRS in the Jubilee Hills constituency. But he passed away due to a heart attack in June this year. This made a by-election for this seat inevitable. In this order, KCR has allotted a ticket to Maganti Gopinath’s wife Sunita Gopinath from the BRS. Naveen Yadav, Bonthu Rammohan, CN Reddy, and Anjan Kumar Yadav from the Congress are hoping for the Jubilee Hills seat. But it seems that Revanth Sarkar has recommended the names of Naveen Yadav, Bonthu Rammohan, and CN Reddy to the Congress high command. One of them is likely to be finalized soon. (Maxim News)
