Hyderabad, March 15: A major theft in Jubilee Hills shocked residents after a domestic worker couple allegedly stole valuables worth Rs 2 crore.
The accused, a couple from Nepal, reportedly committed the crime in the same house where they worked.
According to police, the couple stole diamond jewellery and expensive Rolex watches.
The victims are city based businesspersons. The theft came to light after the family noticed missing valuables.
Police said the couple joined work at the house around 45 days ago. Therefore, investigators suspect they studied the house routines before the theft.
