Judgement Reserved On Kavitha Interim Bail Petition

Delhi/Hyderabad, march 26 (Maxim News): Arguments on the bail petition of MLC Kavitha in the liquor case ended in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Kavitha asked for interim bail as her son has exams. Kavitha’s son has exams till april 16. She asked for interim bail till then.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) asked to remand Kavitha for another 15 days. Ed asked for time to reply to Kavita’s bail petition. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court reserved its verdict.

The court sentenced Kavitha, who was arrested on the 16th of this month in the Delhi Liquor Scam case, to custody for the first week.  After the custody ended on March 23, the custody was extended again till March 26. As Kavita’s ED custody ended today. ED entered the court, and Kavitha filed an interim bail petition. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court reserved its verdict. (Maxim News)
