Kakatiya University To Be Ranked 101 In Education World India Rankings

Warangal Urban: In the latest ranking of Education World India Government University 2020-21, Kakatiya University (KU), Warangal, has got the 101 rank among the 150 government universities across the country, said KU Registrar Prof K Purushotham in a press note here on Monday. “Against a total of 1300 points, the varsity has scored 741 points. It has stood at the 4 th place in Telangana State,” he added.

According to him, the ranking was given considering the efficiency of the faculty, faculty welfare and development, research, inventions, curriculum, pedagogy, industry interface, placements, basic amenities, and other parameters. “It may be noted here that the varsity also got a place between 151-200 bands in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF)’s rankings,” he added.
