Kaleshwaram Commission Report: Sensational Allegations Against Former CM And Officials
Hyderabad, Aug 31 (Maxim News): The Telangana legislative Assembly session is continuing for the second day. The government has tabled the kaleshwaram Commission report in the House. Justice PC Ghosh gave the commissioner report to the MLAs in a pen drive. On this occasion, the commission revealed several key things in the report.
According to the kaleshwaram Commission report, the report stated that there were flaws in planning, design and construction. The construction was done without financial discipline. Due to lack of maintenance, massive damage was caused in the three barrages.
Construction companies plagiarized the then government in the matter of quality control. The budget was released for the barrage construction in violation of the rules. The Planning, designs and construction of the three barrages were followed up minute by minute by the then CM.
Although the expert committee did not recommend the construction of Medigadda, the construction of Medigadda was carried out on the orders of the Chief Minister. The CM said that not taking cabinet approval on other issues in the powerpoint presentation by the then CM would be against the rules.
At the same time, the Kaleshwaram Commission report pointed out the mistakes of the officials. The report stated that the officials had made mistakes and acted against the rules. It said that several chief engineers had not presented proper evidence before the commission. The commission report gave the report in the name of the Chief Minister instead of KCR.

The project construction estimates were inflated and public money was misused. The quality control in the construction of the barrages was not proper. It alleged that action should be taken against the officials Joshi Hariram and Muralidhar. (Maxim News)
