Kamalakar Takes Charge As Minister

Hyderabad, Oct.3 (Maxim News): G Kamalakar today took charge as Minister for BC Welfare and Civil Supplies here. Finance Minister T Harish Rao has congratulated Kamalakar on assuming charge as minister.

Later, the minister extended thanks to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for making him as a minister. “CM KCR trusted me and offered two portfolios to serve the State”, he said. “I will work as per directions and guidance of the Chief Minister for development of the State. I will work for welfare and development of BCs, Kamalakar said. He said KCR completed Kaleshwaram lift project and brought waters to crops. “We expect more farm produce in Kharif season and provide MSP”, he said. He also warned that serious action will be taken if ration stocks are diverted to black market. (Maxim News)
