Hyderabad, March 8 (Maxim News): Rebel Congress MLA from Pinapaka Assembly constituency Rega Kantha Rao on Friday said he would resign from his post and contest as a TRS candidate from the same seat.
Clarifying that he was still in the Congress party, he said he would resign from primary membership of party and MLA post. He said development of his constituency would be possible only under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. Kantha Rao said he was disgusted with the restrictions imposed by Congress leaders against him and decided to quit the party. (Maxim News)
